Enrolment

Please note that you may book or register for a course any time before the commencement of a training program. Your enrolment will be completed on the day you attend your training. You trainer will also cover with you a number of areas that may affect your training while you are with the AHA (NSW). This is called your Orientation. Please click here for the orientation areas that will be covered.

Please make sure you listen to the trainer’s orientation information on the day of your training and that before your training you have read the information in both the Learner Information Guide and the Learner’s Guide to Assessment as provided above.

If you have lost your original certificate and would like to order a replacement, please telephone AHA (NSW) Training on 02 8218 1824.

Payment Policy

All training fees must be paid for in advance.

Bookings can only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Non-attendance at any training activity will result in the full fee being charged.

A substitute may be nominated to attend the original course without penalty.

The AHA (NSW) reserves the right to cancel a training activity if there are insufficient numbers.

If you wish to transfer to another course, this must be arranged at least 5 working days (Monday – Friday) prior to the commencement of such training. Transfers made in less than 5 working days from the start of a training program will be charged an administration fee of $20.00.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than five days prior to the training activity will be charged an administration fee of $20.00. Cancellations made within five working days prior to a course will be charged the full fee.

Refunds

A full refund of fees paid will be given only where the AHA (NSW) cancels a course.

The AHA (NSW) uses a number of locations to conduct training including our head office:

In-house training is where the AHA (NSW) conducts training on your premises. The AHA (NSW) is pleased to provide any of our training courses in-house at a date and time that is convenient to your operations. We prefer to have a minimum number of 15 participants for an in-house course.
