What is my Member ID?

Your AHA (NSW) Member ID is your LAB Number, which is a 6 digit number. Your member Id is printed on the address label of correspondence from AHA (NSW), such as your latest copy of Hotel News.

What is my password?

In June 2001 AHA (NSW) sent out, by mail, passwords for the website to all existing members. If you are a new member, a password will be sent to you shortly after joining.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, then you need to contact AHA (NSW) to have it reset. This can be done by emailing AHA (NSW) Administration or phoning the AHA (NSW).

Why can't I access all areas of the site?

The AHA (NSW) web site has secure areas which can only be accessed by the appropriate users: members, accommodation statistics users, administrative staff. If you feel there is a part of the site which should be accessible to you then please contact AHA (NSW) Administration.
