The General Division represents of the AHA (NSW) pub-style hotels throughout New South Wales and is responsible for keeping members well informed of industry issues and legislative changes. This is achieved by the distribution of the fortnightly newsletter, Member Update and the official monthly publication for the hotel industry, Hotel News.

At all times, advice is offered to members on common operational matters and who can refer problems for more specialised help by the Association’s legal, industrial relations and government relations departments.

Members are invited to contact the AHA (NSW) Membership Department direct on (02) 8218 1844 on any matter, for quick and friendly assistance.

Sub-Branch and Regional meetings are also held progressively throughout the year to address issues relevant to the whole Association and locally to the Sub-Branch.

In addition, there are a large number of social and industry events in which members may participate in each year.
